Rigor and professionalism in the performance of different processes and
the implementation of an efficient quality management system have, for
most processes, earned DINAMIC efficient quality management system
certification in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 standard.
DINAMIC testing laboratories work constantly to control materials,
processes, components and finished products in order, on a homogeneous
basis, to meet the strictest quality standards.
To do so, DINAMIC has both a professional team in constant training,
and the following equipment:
- Laser Qc Virtek: a laser scanning system for the precise measurement
of flat parts. Capacity: 800*800 - Romer series Sigma articulated arm: three-dimensional precision
measuring system. Capacity: 3600 spherical diameter. Accessory: 2000
m/m digital rail - Mitutoyo series sj-201p roughness tester: system for measuring
roughness parameters - Affri series 206 rtd digital hardness tester:
- Mitutoyo profile projector.
- STIEFELMAYER three-dimensional measuring system.
