Rigour in the recruitment of necessary personnel, ongoing training and the prevention policy are the three foundations of DINAMIC’s human resource policy.

As shown in this graph, staff numbers at DINAMIC have decreased in 2008 and 2009, mainly because of the drop in production for the construction sector. This will recover in the coming years and enable the company to increase the workforce to its goal of 300 people required to meet the growth targets set out in its strategic plan.
It is a multinational, multicultural team of people in which experience is combined with the energy of youth. The average age is around 35 years old.
The company has implemented an OHSAS 18001:1999 prevention system and therefore has a low accident rate.
The low percentage of absenteeism is undeniable proof of the motivation levels enjoyed in the company.
